Sparks’ mission became a passion when she made the professional decision to change careers and start a business focused on serving the needs of the elderly who were still living at home, but needed support for tasks they could not address. “As the adult children, we live dispersed throughout the country. We needed a resource we could trust to be there on demand to address our mother’s needs, be it refilling prescriptions, driving her to the grocery store, or getting her to her doctor appointments. It is also important that the family has two-way communications with a professional who can identify and solve any issues that may arise.”
