Each Elderly Care Concierge member has exclusive access to our vetted, professional service providers. Each provider has partnered with ECC where they are trained to understand the unique needs of our members and is committed to providing a caring and outstanding experience.

Assistance with medical care is the most requested service for our Concierges. We know the importance of medical care to the physical and mental wellbeing of our members, so we have selected key partners to ensure the best of care is provided on time, every time.

Here is how we can help:

• Ride Along to doctor visits, with follow up notes to the family
• Medication monitoring is key to a safe environment while living independently. We provide this monitoring via our Concierge’s engagement who can alert you regarding changes or missed medications.
• In-Home Visits and engagement by social professionals
• In-Home Rehabilitation by licensed occupational therapists
• In-Home Nursing by caring and skilled care providers
• In-Home Therapies based on your doctor’s directions
• Tele-medicine Consults and Medical Second Opinions by licensed doctors who will assess the latest changes and provide feedback.

With limited mobility brings transportation challenges that we understand. ECC eliminates the stress involved getting loved ones where they need to go. Our different levels of transportation are built to service the multiple and changing needs of our members.

• Ride sharing for basic transportation needs like errands and family get togethers
• Private car white glove service, for doctor visits and assisted activities
• Transportation services for wheelchair and less mobile members
• Professional medical transportation partner that includes ambulances for hospital transfers and other needs

And of course, all the above services have the added ability to have one of our Concierges Ride Along to ensure our member is assisted along the way.

We know home maintenance can mount up and require professional service providers. The biggest challenge our members had was knowing who to call for what job. We solve that dilemma by assessing the issue and partnering with the appropriate providers for your unique needs.

We also know that your home needs may change over time. When you determine it is time to transition to an another accommodation, your Concierge will help you and your family select the right independent or assisted living facility as well.

Wealth Management and Financial Planning are essential for our members and the process begins with both trust and expertise. Our members require experts who understand their unique financial needs and can design a plan to the members stated goals. Our partners start with a Financial Assessment that in turn leads to a successful strategy.

Our research tells us the adult child’s concern for their parents’ Social engagement and Mental Health ranks as a top priority. A specific Social Plan and a Mental Wellness strategy is the bedrock of health and happiness as we age.

• Regularly scheduled Concierge check-in calls for engagement and on-going assessments

This stage of membership brings with it a need for compassion and empathy. Our Life Planning counserlors help ease the pain during this difficult time.

• Provide Family Counseling of pending expectations and responsibilities
• Serve as a caring Concierge to help anticipate and plan arrangements
